years. After a brief period in marketing with IBM, Mr. Davie founded
ITParade.com, a centralized marketplace for used information technology.
Drawing on his experience with over 1200 resellers and addressing
market inadequacies, Mr. Davie established Venderis®. |

| Chief Financial Officer - Terry Butler
- Harvard MBA, CPA. Mr. Butler has worked for over 20 years with numerous
startups, including Etapestry.com in the software space. He has experience
raising money, managing finance/operations and successfully providing
liquidity events for shareholders through sales of the company. |

| Executive VP of Sales - Raymond Wolf
- Mr. Wolf has successfully launched multiple new technology startups
in three business sectors and led them to profitability. He has a 20+
year track record of achieving business success, through focus on delivering
high returns to clients, execution of strategic business plans, acquisitions
and joint ventures, and human capital strategy for technology companies.
His past roles have included key executive level positions at Fortune
500 companies including United Technologies, Dell and Brocade. Mr. Wolf
holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New
York, Stony Brook and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
He also holds several U.S. patents. |

| Executive VP of Business Development
- Kevin Huggins - Mr. Huggins is an early stage investor in the technology
arena, both in internet and software related companies. Through various
Real Estate Development companies, Mr. Huggins has acquired and developed
approximately 750 acres in the Raleigh/Durham area. As President of
these entities, he acted as lead architect on strategic planning and
marketing strategies, while overseeing management of the various projects.
