years. After a brief period in marketing with IBM, Mr. Davie founded
ITParade.com, a centralized marketplace for used information technology.
Drawing on his experience with over 1200 resellers and addressing
market inadequacies, Mr. Davie established Venderis®. |

- Kevin Huggins - Mr. Huggins is an early stage investor in the technology
arena, both in internet and software related companies. Through various
Real Estate Development companies, Mr. Huggins has acquired and developed
approximately 750 acres in the Raleigh/Durham area. As President of
these entities, he acted as lead architect on strategic planning and
marketing strategies, while overseeing management of the various projects.
